Warranty Policy

At Ivedin, we want you to be completely satisfied with our products. All items sold in our store come with the legal warranty of conformity established by Spanish and European regulations.

📅 1. Warranty period

According to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, as amended by Royal Decree-law 7/2021, all new products have a 3-year legal warranty from the date of delivery.

🛠️ 2. Coverage

Covers manufacturing or conformity defects that appear within the legal period, provided proper use has been made according to instructions.

🚫 3. Exclusions

• Improper, negligent, or abusive use
• Normal wear and tear (colour loss, worn soles, pilling…)
• Unauthorised repairs, tampering, impacts, humidity, excessive heat
• Incorrect storage or cleaning

📋 4. How to claim

1. Email contact@ivedin.com with your order number, description, and photos.
2. We will review your case and advise how to send the product.
3. Once received, we carry out a technical assessment.
4. If applicable, we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

💰 5. Return costs

If covered, we pay the return shipping. If not, the customer covers the cost.

This policy is governed by Spanish consumer protection laws and does not affect your legal rights.
