Shipping Policy

At Top Ozono, we work to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. Below you can find our shipping terms.

🚚 1. Delivery Area

We deliver to home addresses in Spain and Portugal, and to designated pick-up points in the rest of Europe. If you wish to receive your order elsewhere, please contact us to discuss the possibility.

⏱️ 2. Delivery Times

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours after payment confirmation, using the shipping service of your choice, including a tracking number and delivery requiring signature.

• Express 24/48h for mainland Spain
• 48/72h for mainland Spain, Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic and Canary Islands
• 3–5 business days for other European destinations

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

💰 3. Shipping Costs

• Handling and packing fees
• Transport/postage costs based on package weight and destination
• Free shipping for orders over €80 within mainland Spain

We recommend combining all items in one order to save on shipping costs.

📦 4. Transport & Responsibility

We are not responsible for any damage during shipping, but we take great care to properly protect all items, especially fragile ones. We work with trusted carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS.

⚠️ 5. Delivery Issues

If the package arrives damaged or shows signs of tampering, we recommend not accepting it and contacting us immediately.
