At Ivedin, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer our return and refund policy.

↩️ 1. General Conditions

• Period: 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
• Condition: unused, in original packaging with all tags.
• Exclusions: for hygiene reasons, underwear or swimwear without original seal cannot be returned unless defective.

📝 2. How to request

• Email info@waternolimits.com including your order number, items, and reason.
• You will receive return instructions.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless defective or wrong item.

💵 3. Refunds

• We will notify you by email if the return is accepted or denied.
• If accepted, refund will be made via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in case of error or defect.
